I have purchased a workshop, can I cancel and get a refund?

Unfortunately, workshops are not refundable. This is due to being offered with limited spaces that may not be able to be re-booked in time should a cancellation occur.

 

Where possible, we will consider transferring you to another workshop (where available) or provide a credit for a future workshop, if 14 days' notice is provided prior to your workshop commencement date.

How many attendees are in each workshop?

To ensure that each attendee can receive the highest level of focus from each of us, we only offer up to 5 places in each workshop.

 

This ensures that there is adequate time provided to each attendee and their project.

Can I pay in an instalments?

If you would like to book a workshop and prefer to pay in an instalment option, please contact us via contact@theagencyjames.com

Please note that a maximum of 4 instalment options can be offered with total fees being due within 10 days prior to your selected course date commencing.

Which is better, an in person or a digital workshop?

The level of quality that we provide in our workshops is of the utmost importance to us. We have designed each option to be as good as one another. While some prefer the in-person face-to-face opportunity to collaborate at an in person workshop, our digital workshops offer attendance flexibility for those no able to make it to a particular location or date.
